Let's talk benefits

Relieve workers of repetitive work tasks and increase consistency in your quality inspection processes.

Because of their small size and lightweight robot design, Universal Robots can be easily deployed in tight space conditions.

Moving the quality inspection robot to new processes is fast and easy, giving you the agility to automate almost any manual task.

Universal Robots gives you all the advantages of advanced robotic automation, with none of the traditional added costs associated with robot programming, set-up, and dedicated, shielded work cells.

Why use a Quality  Inspection robot?

Quality Inspection robots offer the precision and consistency key to your project’s success.

To repeat the same manual movement for many hours over and over again with exactly the same precision has been proven difficult for humans. That’s why the repeatability of +/- 0.3 mm of the Universal Robots robot arm is perfect for automating quick-precision handling.

A robot arm with a Universal Robots certified vision camera offers easy plug-and-play integration enabling non-destructive testing and 3D measurements, further guaranteeing the quality of your products. It can objectively identify and pinpoint defective or faulty parts before they are packed or shipped.

Machine Tending & Quality Control Inspection

Our UR3 robot is integrated with Trotec's New Speedmarker Galvo 700. The robot is equipped with a 3D printed end effector and a vision system programmed to inspect and sort post engraving. Capable of seamlessly interfacing with Trotec’s software, the robot picks and places the plates into the etcher +/- 0.01mm accuracy. Once complete, the robot unloads and places for inspection. Complementing each other perfectly, the robot and engraver will operate 24 hours, 365 days of the year ensuring the lowest possible production cost and absolute quality control every time.
